Health-focused snack brand Balsa came to us looking for custom food-grade cardboard tubes that could deliver both eco credentials and premium shelf appeal. Their goal was to reflect the clean, natural ingredients in their products while avoiding plastic — all within a design that felt fresh, modern, and artisan.

We created a fully branded butted food-grade tube lined with greaseproof paper, allowing for safe direct contact with dry or oily snack contents. To enhance the visual impact, we designed a shortened lid that exposed a printed inner shoulder (spigot), adding a clever reveal that aligned with their bold black wrap and vibrant branding.

The result was a fully recyclable, eco-friendly cardboard food tube that offered a tactile, minimal look — combining functionality, freshness, and sustainability in one standout solution.

Gordon Watkins – Foil-Lined Tubes for Wellness Capsules

Wellness and supplements brand Gordon Watkins required compact, premium packaging for their Sea Moss capsules — one that would uphold food safety standards while standing out in a competitive retail space. The packaging needed to be robust, visually striking, and certified for food contact.

We developed custom printed food-grade butted tubes using aluminium foil lining for enhanced moisture and oxygen protection. Each tube was topped with a metal lid to provide secure closure and a more refined finish. The outer wrap featured bold CMYK artwork with matte lamination, reflecting the brand’s vibrant, health-driven identity.

These foil-lined cardboard tubes delivered both on product protection and brand presence, helping Gordon Watkins expand into additional SKUs with packaging that customers and retailers responded to positively.

KALLA – Eco Food-Grade Tubes for Gut Health Supplements

Premium wellness brand KALLA approached us to create scalable, eco-conscious packaging for their gut health supplement range. They needed tubes that could house various SKUs across multiple product sizes — while communicating values of trust, innovation, and sustainability.

We produced seven formats of custom food-grade butted tubes using recyclable white Kraft paper, greaseproof lining, and metal lids for a secure, plastic-free solution. Each tube was printed in rich PANTONE colours with soy-based inks, offering exceptional colour accuracy and a clean, clinical look appropriate for health-conscious consumers.
