Sophie Tea Art – Bespoke Single Tubes for Art Packaging

One of our favourite specialty packaging projects involved working with the extraordinary Sophie Tea Art. Sophie, known for her dynamic, high-energy art pieces sold globally, needed durable, stylish packaging for her masterpieces. We created three different sizes of single printed cardboard tubes to carefully house and protect her artwork during international shipping.

To match Sophie’s electric brand identity, the tubes featured a repeat holographic foil logo over a sleek white base, finished with soft-touch matt lamination. Adding an extra layer of sophistication, we embossed the holographic logo onto the metal lids, creating a tactile and luxurious unboxing experience. This was a fantastic example of how luxury printed tubes can combine art, protection, and branding all in one.

RNLI Lifeboats – Charity Fundraising Tubes

The Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) approached us needing sturdy, environmentally conscious butted tubes for their charity fundraising efforts. We produced custom printed cardboard tubes using thick white eco-friendly material, featuring a coin slot in the lid for easy donations and foam padding inside to protect branded merchandise such as t-shirts and keyrings.

Designed with sustainability in mind, these tubes were strong, durable, and reusable—perfect for RNLI’s future charity initiatives. This project highlights how eco tubes company expertise can be used not only for luxury retail but also for meaningful, non-profit work, reflecting our flexibility across multiple industries.

Walt Disney – 50th Anniversary Butted Tubes

Creating custom tube packaging for Walt Disney’s 50th anniversary was an absolute honour. They needed luxury printed tubes to present special branded merchandise and invitations to commemorate the milestone event. We produced 500 butted tubes, each featuring a dynamic design of four different images wrapped seamlessly around the tube, with a magical metallic logo print layered over full CMYK artwork and finished with matt lamination.

This enchanting packaging project captured Disney’s iconic brand essence while offering a stunning, memorable unboxing experience for recipients. A true example of how custom printed eco tubes and luxury designs can blend to celebrate heritage and imagination.

This butted tube was created for Magellan to promote their services. It is a butted tube with rolled ends and shows the high quality of the build and print that we offer.
