Butted Tube Packaging
Butted tubes are one of our most popular style options for printed cardboard tubes. They come in three parts, the base, inner spigot, and the paper cap. Everything is customisable from the size, the type, the print and design.
This results in plenty of space for branding. The branding options include, matt or gloss finish, uncoated finish, full CMYK print, spot UV, foil stamping and lid decorations. You also have the option of what
material you want used including uncoated paper, Kraft paper and cardboard. Uncoated paper is one of the standard finishes for luxury tube packaging.
Telescopic Tube Packaging
Telescopic tubes are essentially two components with one that slips onto the other. One is slightly larger in diameter so that it is able to be placed on top, acting like a lid.
The lid can be any length as long as it is slightly wider to be placed on top. As there are technically two tubes, you have two pieces to work with so that means more branding area to
promote more information or images on, and two separate designs can be used. These premium tube packaging products look amazing as gifts or on retail shop floors perfect for candles and cosmetics packaging.

Single Tube Packaging
Single tubes are the simplest but most effective style tubes, especially if they are used as drinks packaging. They are just one solid piece at the highest quality with an end cap. These are used a lot
of the time to hold drinks as you are able to create a thick and more stable tube that is able to withstand the weight. The caps can be a cardboard/paper, plastic or metal end cap on either the top or
bottom of the custom product. The plastic and metal caps do have a higher MOQ with the additon of you having to consider sizing if you use metal caps as the diameter of them are only in certain sizes so
you do have a limited diameter to work with. Magellan will assist you if you need help deciding on sizes or materials.

Food-Grade with us doesn't mean just confectionary packaging, it also means the tubes can contain products such as bath bombs or bath salts that cannot have contact with water and need to be sealed securely.
Aluminium foil lining is an example of how we would prevent water from coming into contact with those types of products. Your produce will be kept fresh in our luxury packaging with non-toxic, odorless and
tasteless materials. The food-grade tubes are made from food safe cardboard and the contents that is placed inside can be in direct contact with the materials as they food safe, so there is no need for any
